Beirut (diplomat.so) - Israeli Air Force planes executed massive strikes on Hezbollah outposts in southern Lebanon. According to a source within the civil defense of Marjaayoun city, four air-based missiles targeted Shia militants' positions at the strategic Jabal Blat heights.
The source reported that the strikes resulted in powerful explosions, audible in the port of Tyre and the Bint Jbeil area. Thick smoke billowed from the targeted location, raising speculation that an ammunition depot may have been hit during the assault.

In addition to the Jabal Blat strikes, two other attacks targeted Shia firing positions between the villages of Kafr Kila and Odaisseh. The source revealed that at least 12 missiles were launched on the outskirts of Ramyeh, an area where Shia militants had been notably active in the preceding 24 hours. Furthermore, Israeli drones were deployed to pursue mobile resistance groups in the At Tayri and Beit Yahoun areas.

Earlier reports from the Al Nashra news website indicated that Hezbollah forces had fired several mortar salvos at IDF positions and Israeli settlements in Upper Galilee. Confirming the attacks on Israeli territory, an IDF representative acknowledged the shelling and stated that the strikes on military facilities and Hezbollah rocket positions in southern Lebanon were conducted in response to the aggression. The situation remains tense, with both sides engaged in a series of escalating actions amid heightened regional tensions.
