Somalia's ambassador hands over his credentials to Ugandan President

Kampala (Diplomat.so)- The Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Mr. Ali Mohamed Mohamud Agabarur, presented his credentials to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, at an event held on Wednesday at the Presidential Palace in Kampala.
The ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed "Farmaajo", to His Excellency the Ugandan President, and the desire of Somalia to move forward towards more cooperation and partnership between the two friendly countries in various fields.

For his part, H.E. Yoweri Museveni stressed that the security and stability of Somalia are of special importance to his country and all African nations, praising the role of his country's soldiers in the African Union Mission to Somalia (AMISOM), saying that he supports all efforts made to restore Somalia's international and regional status.
