Mogadishu (Diplomat.so)- The State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Mr. Balal Mohamed Cusman, received on Monday at his office in the ministry in the capital Mogadishu a copy of the credentials of H.E. Mr. Valentin Zellweger, the new ambassador of Switzerland to the Federal Republic of Somalia, and discussed with him ways to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries and advance them to broader horizons.
State Minister Balal Cusman wished Ambassador Valentin Zellweger success in his new duties in Somalia, noting that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in all its departments is fully prepared to cooperate in order to facilitate his tasks entrusted to serve the common interests.
For his part, the Swiss ambassador expressed his great pride in presenting a copy of his credentials as ambassador to Somalia, stressing his country's keenness to consolidate relations in various fields to meet common desires.
