Somali President met with Arab league delegation led by Kuwait
Mogadishu ( DIPLOMAT.SO) – President of Federal Republic of Somalia Hassan Sheikh Mohamud ,Prime Minster Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed and some ministries have met today with high level delegation from Arab league in the capital Mogadishu.
The delegation which was lead by First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah have promised to improved Arab league role in the reconstruction and development of Somalia.
Among the Arab league delegation some Arab foreign ministers,ambassadors and officials, which includes Mauritania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Ahmed Ould Teguedi and Arab League Secretary General Nabil Al-Araby.
Speaking to the media Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has said the Arab league will organize a meeting meant to focus on how to help Somali reconstruction process.
He said the Arab league visit Mogadishu is a great achievement to Somali people.
